Your profile:

• Commercial training (office management, office communication (m/f/d) or similar) or corresponding experience in office activities
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Friendly and service-orientated appearance
• Communication skills

Tasks:

• Contact person for visitors and employees
• Processing returns and claims
• Organisation of regular and special trips
• Supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations
• General administrative tasks
