Your profile:
- Training as a property agent (m/f/d), paralegal or relevant experience in property management
- Initial accounting knowledge desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP/REFX an advantage, but not essential
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for managing your own commercial property portfolio
- Contact person for tenants and landlords
- Examination and preparation of service charge statements including objection procedures
- Preparation and support of legal disputes
- Preparatory work for the quarterly and annual financial statements
