Your profile:

1. Commercial training (industrial, office, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or similar)
2. Initial work experience is an advantage
3. Confident handling of MS Office, preferably also basic SAP knowledge (but not essential)
4. Basic knowledge of commercial law

Your tasks:

1. Independent verification, account assignment and posting of incoming vendor documents
2. Processing of intercompany settlements
3. Checking incoming documents on the basis of tax invoice characteristics
4. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
5. Internal contact for questions regarding the workflow process and collaboration in its further development
