Your profile:

• Training in computer science, IT support or IT administration
• Good knowledge of common Windows operating systems and MS Office products
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience with ticket systems (Jira or similar) and Windows user administration, group policies and Active Directory
• Good knowledge of network and communication technology

Your tasks:

• 1st/2nd level support via ticket system and telephone
• Collaboration in the introduction of Microsoft 365
• Creation of documentation
• User administration in the Active Directory
• Participation in IT projects
