Your profile:
- Training in computer science, IT support or IT administration
- Good knowledge of common Windows operating systems and MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience with ticket systems (Jira or similar) and Windows user administration, group policies and Active Directory
- Good knowledge of network and communication technology
Your tasks:
- 1st/2nd level support via ticket system and telephone
- Collaboration in the introduction of Microsoft 365
- Creation of documentation
- User administration in the Active Directory
- Participation in IT projects
